In the process, he identified major problems in mobile healthcare, and he leveraged his experience, connections, and knowledge to build CliniConnects. He is passionate about taking advantage of 21st century technology to reduce inefficiencies in healthcare, thereby increasing quality of care. Shachar holds a BS in Physiology from University of California, Santa Barbara.

He spent over 15 years in a number of technology and professional service roles, isolating common performance indicators and defining enterprise policies for support, deployment, and implementation. He has extensive experience leading project management, scalable growth planning, and performance feedback infrastructure. Mr. Mitchell has managed firms that consult and design multi-platform integrated software and robotics across multiple verticals with a primary focus on medical. He has led teams of engineers responsible for modern film and broadcasting technologies, data transmission infrastructure, IOT innovation, machine learning, adversarial networks, data mining, and has served as a Board member of multiple major companies, including public companies, across several industries.
