Patient Calendar – Enhanced Scheduling Calendar
The Patient Calendar is a scheduling feature that allows administrators through the web app to create, view, edit, and delete patient visit appointments. It provides real-time synchronization across both platforms, ensuring that any scheduling changes are instantly visible to all authorized users.
Administrators can access the calendar from a patient’s profile by clicking the calendar button, while clinicians can open it from the “Schedule” tab in the mobile app.

Accessible from the web app, it provides a centralized table view where administrators can edit patient information and see all relevant visit records along with details such as patient name, clinician, visit type, scheduling date, delivery date, and current paperwork status. The table includes filtering and sorting options that let administrators quickly locate a patient record.
All Patients List – Centralized Patient Records at Your Fingertips
The All Patients page provides administrators and clinicians with a centralized view of all patient records within the company. Accessible from both the web app, it serves as a master list where users can search, filter, and sort patient information to quickly locate specific records.
Each patient entry displays key details such as name, contact information, service start date, diagnosis, insurance, authorized date range, and current status (e.g., Pending, Active, or Archived). From this page, administrators can view full patient profiles, edit existing records to update information, or delete records when necessary, subject to role-based permissions. It also has filtering options such as by patient status, clinician, or other criteria.

Each appointment entry displays essential information such as patient name, visit type, date, and time, along with status indicators showing whether a visit is pending, completed, or has submitted paperwork.
Clinicians can also create their scheduled appointments using the mobile app. Users can also edit and remove scheduled appointments using the mobile app.
